Most companies now have a website that you can go to view product and have shipped to you along with having a storefront you can actually go to. There are mobile applications that can be added to make life easier. Take Walmart there is an app now in which you can literally place and pay for your order and then all you have to do is pick it up curbside. Mobile advertising and marketing will continue to become prevalent in the digital world. This will continue to be important.

AI will not be taking over for humans but will start to help save time and improve performance.
